  • What is Lush Leisure?
    Lush Leisure is a premium beach lounge service offering curated lounge and picnic setups to elevate your beach experience. Please note that we set up on public beach territory and cannot guarantee privacy outside of the actual setup we build for you. While your lounge setup will be beautifully curated and comfortable, there may be people around your location.
  • How does it work?
    Lush Leisure is like a luxury beach furniture rental service with full setup and customization options. This is not a permanent setup on the beach; our team arrives on the day of your booking to create a personalized lounge experience based on your selected location, package, and preferences.
  • What are your cancellation and rescheduling policies?
    Cancellations made at least 3 days before the booking date are eligible for a full refund. Rescheduling is also allowed at no additional cost if requested at least 3 days before the booking date.
  • What happens if it rains or bad weather occurs on the day of my booking?
    Your comfort and safety are our priority. Light rain shouldn't be a problem since it frequently happens in Miami with its tropical weather. However, in case of severe rain or strong winds, we offer flexible rescheduling options or a full refund.
  • What packages do you offer?
    We currently offer three package options: Petite Romance: A cozy setup designed for couples or intimate gatherings. Riviera Suite: A medium-sized setup suitable for 4-6 people, perfect for family outings, birthdays, or small parties. Grande Luxe: Our largest setup for groups seeking a luxurious beach experience.   • Can I customize my lounge setup?
    Yes! We offer customization options such as decor themes, additional seating, and extras like floral arrangements and dining setups. You can view all currently available options on the page Extras and book them upon checkout.
  • Where do you operate?
    We can set up the Petite Romance lounge in two locations: on South Beach, just north of the Faena Hotel, or at South Pointe Beach near the Park Pier. The Riviera Suite and Grande Luxe lounges are available only near Faena. For locations outside of South Beach, travel to your chosen spot is available for an additional fee. Please note that for medium and large lounges, there must be easily accessible parking within a short walking distance from the beach to allow our care team to conveniently unload and load.
  • How do I book a lounge setup?
    Booking is easy! Online booking is available on our website. The system will redirect you to our third-party booking platform, where you can choose your preferred date, time, and duration on the calendar. After you input your information, you will be able to add extra services if needed. If you want a different location, please email or call us to discuss your request.
  • How far in advance should I book?
    We recommend booking at least a week in advance to ensure availability. For special occasions or holidays, earlier bookings are advised.
  • Can I bring my own food and drinks?
    Absolutely! You’re welcome to bring your own refreshments. Alternatively, we can arrange catering or snack baskets for an additional cost.
  • Do you provide evening or sunset setups?
    Yes! We specialize in creating magical evening and sunset experiences with cozy decor. Let us know your preferences during booking.
  • Do you accommodate special occasions like proposals or anniversaries?
    Absolutely! We love helping you create unforgettable moments. Contact us to discuss your vision, and we’ll tailor the setup to your special occasion.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
